help... my hand .... my wrist! i can't take it anymore... i did nothing to it but it stills come and hurt me like mad!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think i broke a bone or tore a tendon... sigh... i heard a crack sound though... hope i didn't make it bad...
hope i can keep this pain a secret from my mum till exams are over before i really check out wads wrong... hope for the best
