hmph...lets see went to penang early in the morning, my father borrowed a car from avis(surprisingly theres such a company...) and met my uncle and his wei hun qi (chinese language) than went to a nearby hawker centre for lunch and lets say penang is not a place for people who hate spicy food... i am ok with spicy food though but nothing can prepare me for penang's delicacy... had a plate of penang char kuay teow which is totally different from singapore's and lets say the amount of chili they use is mind boggling...chili seems like water to them...anyway after the meal, my uncle lend us a gps which is kinda fun and we went to my uncle's house for a break than after tat we went to penang's famous snake temple... my bro was freaked out by the real life snakes but he still bought a toy snake... after that we went to enjoy durian... which was not really what i like but anyway after the durian we went for laksa which was abt the same as singapore's laksa other than it being much more sour. next is what i enjoyed the most:) we checked in to our hotel!!! shiok:) its called cititel. the room is kinda small but better than nothing especially it is air conditioned and carpeted.
its comfy too:) took a few pics of the room which i think i will be posting at the end of my day 3 post... after resting a while we went out for some food again but sadly forgot to take pics...
